With opposition growing against a waste incinerator in Oxfordshire, the Green Party is re-stating its long-standing opposition to the County's costly, environmentally damaging plans.
The issue has been under discussion at the County for almost three years.
When the matter was last debated at the County Council in January 2008, the Conservative were universally in support of incineration with Labour and the LibDems appearing split on the issue. Only the Greens made a strong case against this method of waste 'management'.
