A Green motion to develop a 'code of conduct' for nightclub promotions was agreed accpeted unanimously by the City Council. 

The Green motion followed an incident at the KuKui Club in Oxford earlier this year which featured topless dancing, topless 'jelly' wrestling and an animal show featuring a snake.  This incident demonstrated that 'grey areas' existed in the current licensing regime which needed to be addressed by a clear 'code of conduct'.
